The "Ultra Solid Reactor," a sludge high-speed reaction solidification device, is capable of not only sludge treatment but also the immobilization of heavy metals in construction-generated soil and the decomposition of dioxins. Conventional construction machinery mixers often have a short contact time between the treated material and the immobilizing agent, which can reduce the immobilization effect. The Ultra Solid Reactor can be set to a minimum stirring time of over one and a half minutes, allowing for better mixing and higher immobilization efficiency.
